These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luvacat.com and any purchase you make from Luvacat ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration and minor variations may occur. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we've received your order — a contract between us is formed once we dispatch your item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. In such cases, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. If we cannot process your payment, your order will not be dispatched.
We offer free tracked delivery to UK mainland, typically within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
You have a 30-night risk-free trial and, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. Full details, including how to return an item, are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Your Luvacat Pro comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the motor, sensors and electronics under normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised repairs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site (text, images, logos) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
