Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you can't find it, email hello@luvacat.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
We want you and your cat to love Luvacat. Try it for 30 nights — if you're not completely happy, contact us and we'll arrange a return and a full refund. No hard feelings, no fine print.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-night trial goes beyond this.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort out a free replacement or refund straight away — return postage is on us.
Every Luvacat Pro is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the motor, sensors and electronics under normal domestic use. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised repairs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
